RadioCloud – Terms of Use & User Responsibilities

Welcome to RadioCloud — a platform built to empower broadcasters, creators, and radio stations with modern tools for streaming, monetization, and audience engagement.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully.

1. Platform Purpose

RadioCloud provides broadcasting tools, auto-podcast replay, track analytics, advertiser tools, AI assistance, monetization features, and more. We serve as the infrastructure provider — you control the content, we handle the tech.

2. Account Holder Responsibilities

When you register or operate a station under RadioCloud, you agree to:

  • Use your account responsibly and lawfully. You must own or have the right to broadcast all content you upload or stream.
  • Manage your users and guests. You’re responsible for any activity on your station, including DJs, guests, or admins you authorize.
  • Keep your credentials secure. Don’t share access to your dashboard unless absolutely necessary.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

  • You retain ownership of all your original audio, video, and uploads.
  • You’re responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright or broadcasting laws.
  • For licensed music, you are responsible for complying with any required royalties, including registering with organizations like SoundExchange, BMI, ASCAP, or international equivalents. If you’re already registered via another provider (e.g. your legacy radio station), please notify us to ensure we apply the correct handling.

4. Advertiser Responsibility

  • RadioCloud gives you tools to create branded landing pages, show results, and build relationships with advertisers.
  • You are responsible for disclosing sponsored content or paid promotions in accordance with FTC regulations or equivalent laws in your country.

5. Platform Use & Fair Conduct

  • You may not use RadioCloud to stream or host:
    • Hate speech, harassment, or violent content
    • Unlicensed rebroadcasts
    • Material infringing intellectual property rights
    • Misleading advertisements or click fraud
  • Automation & abuse limits apply to API usage, streaming capacity, and file uploads. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend abusive activity to protect the system.

6. Payments & Monetization

  • If you monetize through our platform (tipping, ads, replays), we’ll retain a platform fee (listed on your dashboard or agreement).
  • Payments are distributed on a rolling basis. You must provide valid tax and payment information to receive disbursements.
  • Chargebacks or disputes caused by your content may result in temporary suspension.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Repeatedly violate content or usage policies
  • Present security risks or fraud concerns
  • Fail to respond to critical compliance notices

8. Communication & Support

By signing up, you agree to receive platform-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails. Our team is available to support you via chat or email.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We offer the platform as-is and make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or third-party integrations (e.g. YouTube).
  • We are not liable for any losses due to licensing mismanagement, unauthorized content, or user-generated issues.

10. Collaboration Policy (For Agencies & White-Label Users)

If you're using RadioCloud on behalf of clients (radio stations, creators, or brands):

  • You're responsible for managing their onboarding, licensing compliance, and agreement with us.
  • We offer optional white-label or managed service partnerships under separate agreements.

11. Policy Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
